Time bank is where you write down what you can do for people and the amount of time you spend doing stuff for people is the amount of time they can do stuff for you. So if one person spends 3hours gardening then one day someone will do something for them in 3 hours or less. I like this idea and one day I might join the group. Maybe one day you will to.
